The statement regarding privacy explains to you how I use your personal information that you provide to me in accordance with data protection legislation of 2018.

I am committed to protecting your privacy and will collect and process the following information: your name, email address, and telephone numbers. I will also need to hold some personal information you have voluntarily shared with me upon contact, which includes a questionnaire related to the ceremony you wish me to provide for you and additional information regarding your wishes for a unique ceremony.

Sometimes it is necessary to work closely with other providers who will be involved in your ceremony and therefore I may receive information from another service provider to whom you will have given consent to.

Your information provided enables me to be able to write a personal ceremony for you which you will receive a copy of to check that you are happy with what has been written, this will be yours to keep once the final version has been agreed and finalised.

If we have any meetings online those meetings are not recorded and take place using a secure telemedicine platform designed for confidential video consultations.

Information taken when we meet will be handwritten, information sent via email or phone is password protected.

All information that is held is securely stored in a lockable cabinet and kept for 12 months following your ceremony.
